Coming from Jordan, M. Mahmoud arrives in France at the age of 20 to study hospitality course in Nice. After 2 years on the coast, he improves his skills in Oxford, to come back in France and join the Cap Estel in 2012 as First receptionist. He is surrounded with a dozen people team, entirely dedicated to the services of reservation, reception and concierge services. This versatile team is composed of 3 parking valet-porter, 7 receptionists and a saleswoman in charge of managing reservations for groups and individuals. The team is fluent in 4 languages including French, English, Italian and Russian to welcome at best foreign customers.

Just as when you visit a friend, members of the team will accompany you at your arrival, for a personal and complete visit with a presentation of your suite, to make you feel like home by knowing the whole house. It is in these details that “Miss Rose by Perrine” works; a young company of floral design, well known on the Côte d’azur, and floral designer of the establishment.

Perrine Guyonnet found this company in Menton in spring 2010, dedicated to decorate with flowers Palaces of the French Riviera. She worked for example in the Hôtel Métropole MC, where she received in 2013 the price of the most beautiful floral decoration in the European hotel trade. She also had the honor to create the wedding bouquet of Princess Charlène, a moment that stays as one of its best memories.

Graduated in applied arts, the founder approach the flowers’ world with passion, a deep respect for nature, the love of its work and the desire to always do better. Surrounded by a team of 4 experienced florists, 2 handlers and numerous seasonal workers as backup, the firm proposes an elegant and innovating style with a unique sense of colors, movement and aestheticism.
